Dresden also named »Florence on the Elbe river« is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany located in the East of Germany around 100 km from the Polish border. The payment of the participation fees is requested only in EUR and has to be done after receipt of invoice by June 15, 2012 (receipt of payment). All payments after this date have to be done by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash at the registration desk.
